Either the and golf needs a new driver or some better tuning any one watch the btcc

Watched the BTCC a few times, from what I saw AMD was never doing to well, but then again they are quite new to the motorsport scene... hell on my android "grand prix story" its took me 10 years to develop a half descent car

They were doing ok earlier in the season when they had Tom Onslow Cole driving for them. You've got to remember that they're still a relatively new independent team, they're not doing too badly tbh.

There's a build/progress/development thread by the AMD boys over on detailing world. Quite an interesting read

IIRC they did a piece on them in Racecar Engineering. Basically they have no budget and the car they bought was a shed made to slightly different rules before they got it so..... Add in the way that the drivers in the BTCC seem to think its OK to smash each others cars to pieces (= need for budget!) and you can see why they may not do too well. Im not convinced by the new team excuses myself...
