We are about to carry out some independent development work for a major uk performance parts company. The product is a brand new enlarged design k04-023 turbo intake pipe to offer greater high rpm air flow with out loosing the low down vortex effect which helps spool the turbo earlier and faster.
Similar products on the Market have proven to increase the peak air flow but at a compromise to the initial and mid range torque band.
We had planned to do the develoment on an rtech stage2 272bhp S3 AMK, but the customer has fitted a forge actuator with a blue spring and is seeing overboost down low, it needs yellow spring fitted and this cannot be done until next month when the custom comes back up from london.
So I need a local ( to the midlands) a stage 1 or 2 ko4-023 based engine Audi TT, S3 or Cupra R to allows to fit the tip and carry out back to back dyno runs and data logging.
In return you will get a free dinner, free dyno session and Heath check with smoke test.... And maybe be the first person in the uk to own and run the new tip. Depending on the initial results.
