Yes mate I have a bacterial infection which is now affecting my heart rate and blood pressure

While I was being checked over my heart rate jumped up to 147bpm and my blood pressure to 190/80. Temp was at 38.9. At this point my head felt like it was going to explode. A quick ECG revealed nothing sinister, just everything incredibly high which was good. Now on some antibiotics and throat syrup but I'm just checking to make sure I can have ibuprofen with the antibiotics or I think I'm going to kill someone with this feeling in my head

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.
