Vacuum hard lines?
« on: 15 August 2011, 18:16 »
Hey,  I've just completed the SAI and combi-valve removal on our AUM.
I've had to leave the hard lines in loose right now as there is 1 vac line remaining going from one of the sensors (N249 ?) over the back down toward the turbo, what does this do?  Is it necessary?  I'd like to finish the job off and pull this out.  I've previously done the N249 clean up etc.

Sounds about right.  What does it do?  Which electronic gizmo will plugging this off affect?
