How much work and what should I know about putting a mk4 interior into my 5 door gti, just weighing up my interior options

From what I've read you need to modify the front seat subframes to fit the mk3 runners or weld in the mk4 runners. The rears are supposed to quite simply and just require a few brackets to be tweaked and moved.

i've got mk4 seats, steering wheel and gear knob.
