help please buuying 312 brakes and pads
« on: 16 July 2011, 14:57 »
Hi just looking on the mintex website for 312mm discs and pads as its safer then buying from ebay however it doesnt state what size the brakes are when you click on them?

http://www.mintexbrakesonline.co.uk/catalog/mintexbrakediscs/Make/VOLKSWAGEN/Model/Golf_IV_%281J1%29.html

http://www.mintexbrakesonline.co.uk/catalog/Brake%20Pads/pg/2067.html

Can anyone point me in the right direction of the correct discs and pads please :afro:

Thanks

EDIT:
Right going to get the ebc brakes:

just need some pads? Anyone know where to get them from and what type do you need? Do you get differnet size pads for differnet size brakes or does it depend on the car? Also ive seen some have wear indicators?

look for Audi TT 1.8T versions instead mate as they only had the 312mm so at least you'll know you got the right ones

I think the discs are MDC1381

Mintex pads are a better choice.
