to be fair they used to make their money through hardware sales, now it's hardware + itunes, the OS sales are insignificant in comparison.

What happened to the upgrade??? All I can find is the paid versions??

that is the upgrade, but I'd wait until Lion comes out SOON (as in a matter of hours/days, apparently). The full retail version of the OS usually costs £130, I know that as I looked for the OLD version, Tiger, and was shocked ( so torrented it).

tempting to go to the newsgroups...but i want a non hacked version...with no issues when I go back to upgrade the wireless card as i now have 30mb

and it does deliver unlike the numptees at BeThere
