F17BAD  if uve got AC rad u need to cut bumper and bumper support
if no as it ur it can be fitted without cuttin it of :)

i didnt want aircon, you have to cut the bumper with or without aircon tho  :smiley:

i wouldnt even know what intercooler to get....looked on Forge and they dont have anything for a Mk3 ? any help

Universal ones are fine,

Once you measure the gap you've got to fill, check forge for a close match and then give it an eBay search so you can get something similar on the cheap.  :wink:

I have a universal think its the same as kells', though instead of cutting the bumper I cut the fan mounting so I could move the whole rad and fan setup back an inch or so.
 You can also use this method to fit an fmic with the AC compressor and not have to cut the bumper, but it requires a lot of cutting of other parts.

tshirt2k has pics of how he did it in his build thread on clubgti, he has an ABF turbo running AC :)
