what gearbox oil to use in a mk4 aum gti 210bhp?

well lads im going to change the gear box oil in my gti and i wondering is there any that you would recommend for it other then vw oil? im asking because i see other car manufactures like honda  use landrover oil mtf 95 rather then mtf 5 so just wondering did any else use any other type i do drive the car on and do a bit of drag racen so the box gets a bit of punishment

I think I'd just stick to VW oil, heard a lot of peeps saying the change goes notchy and crap with other oil, just go buy it over the VW parts counter
