How to remove side repeaters on a mk3 gti

Hi i need to change my side repeters can someone explain to me how to do this?

if there anything like Mk2 repeators, they should just pop out with a little bit of force, they might be hooked at one end, so try pushing them forward or backwards (towards the front wheel etc not up and down) and see if they budge too.

Haynes sasy you carefully prisethe upper edge out from the wing first.
