They dont ask for money as you do... they are happy to add it onto the debt 

I think for now I am going to try use some of the methods available to me through the court... just to assess the situation. Starting with a warrant of execution, then onto a third party debt order. She is paying for this after all 


should those fail then it will be onto Kingsransom or the like

Get your solicitor to put a lien on on the debtors house too....

Ps. Kings Ransom just take a cut. They're very effective. Purely because they can afford f uck off good solicitation whereas you or me are likely only to receive duty solicitation.

Personally I would kidnap the thingy and sh!t him up for a good few days. It works.........

Found out more about using a debt agency, it is perfectly legal. However debt agencies cannot remove goods from the premise, only a county court bailiff can seize goods, according to a DJ (District Judge) at work. But going by how the bailiffs in the county court work, if I was put into a situation like yours, I'd definitely use a debt agency over the court bailiffs as they don't exactly put much effort in.

its a woman btw... and she doesnt own her own house. she a a jobless bum that just consumes without paying for it.

she is such a low life that she threw a brick through her own lounge window and then reported me to the police for doing it. Got her son to back up her story by saying they had seen a black golf driving off down the road at high speed.

what the little tramp didnt know is that I had swapped my black golf for a white one 2 weeks earlier
