Used some sort of tar and glue remover that I found in the garage in the end, with a bit of gentle help from some wire wool, and it its worked wonders! Now I got the stripe the whole way round  Thanks guys

I just used 6mm "styling tape" from halfords. It worked alright, it's not coming off or anything

I gave up on mine as I was fed up with it coming off.
I tried everything and it stayed on for a wile then slowly started to come off again.
So it all came off and I did my triple side pinstriping.

Had mine on for ages as already said just clean the bit where your going to stick the strip with thinners didnt damage my bumper once youve done that get a hair dryer warm the bumper up a touch and apply the sticker then just apply abit more heat over the strip works fine mines never came off just dont try and rush it on make sure you clean it well with the thinners so theres no bumper dressing on there etc.Once youve done that you can apply your bumper dressing job done.
