Clutch pedal not returning

Hi guys can someone please help, if i leave my clutch pressed in for any length of time, say at a set of lights when i take my foot of the off the clutch the pedal does not always return and i find myself flicking it back up with my foot?????????????

Sounds like you could have an air lock or something In the clutch fluid, or slave cylinder has problems.

I would say cylinder. Possibly bent the piston/arm type part of it so its getting stuck inside.

Yes or the return spring is broken.

May not be the slave as that's the one in the box...itll be the master cylinder and if you check my other post today my missus had my car off me and it's now on it's 4th M/C

Once it's replaced it'll be fine I bet...think the missus is just unlucky and has another root cause of this.  If doing it yourself, buy a decent brand or OEM.
