Allo peeps,been a member here since 2008,but work overseas so aint been on in ages,but back in blighty for a bit so thought id get back on and ask a few questions, about my motor....
ive got a mk4 gti turbo,canny car needs the squeeky starting motor sorted(doing my head right in) is it a big job to do-as Im limited with the tools I got at home,or is it best just to get a replacement fitted with guarantee etc?
secondly my mrs runs a 2.0 bora se,but when she starts it up it sounds as if the rad fan is running??? it only started a few weeks ago,but think it might turn out to be a problem in time if i dont get it sorted for her...any ideas? Also her clutch is right at the top..is it on its way out?? in mine it feels diferent...so wonder if its about to go pop in her motor
plus can anyone reccomend a good mechanic who could do this type of work in the north east...
