From experience Jamie, ive had a combination, however short they have been.
The rear anti roll bar, gives more oversteer to correct 'as standard' understeer as you know.
If you beef up the front, it improves the handling alot but reduces the oversteer effect sorta cancelling it out.
I had a 19mm TT front with 25mm eibach rear, oversteer on lift off as you probably have now.
I now have 25mm front eibach to match the rear and it feels very balanced when you push it to absolute limit, but you do get a very slight bit of understeer as front tends to cancel out the rear.
However you are pushing the car 5x harder round the corners now.
Its a bit hard to explain but the fat rear sorts out the understeer, then a fat front makes it feel a hell of a lot more solid but brings back a little of the understeer BUT only when your pushing it as hard as it goes, which is now alot further than it ever was?
Did that make sense?
