old running issue

Had a running issue a little while ago on my 2.0 8v…when you hit the accelerator the car would launch its self then hold back suddenly nearly throwing you through windscreen…
I changed a lot of things,lamda after getting fault code,plugs leads,dizzy etc….
The car ran fine after resetting ecu over night…
Now the problem has returned with a vengeance ..
Any help would be great

no changed that a while ago...just done some searching on here and its quite poss the coolant temp sensor.just ordered one from ebay,hope that is the prob,its driving me mad

Mine did this, it was the MAF. Sprayed a bit of contact cleaner on it (carefully) and been good as gold since! (about 6 months)
