I'm on 15” wheels with 45 profile tyres. Didn't no my speedo is out. Wich way out? Higher or lower?

Higher, but by less than 5%, so it's legal.

At 60mph (actual) your speedo will read 62mph.

The maximum is 17x8 wheels with 215/40 tyres.

And yes I still have the wheels and tyres to prove that!
