Firstly, my condolences.

Secondly, the DV, diverter valve, they already have them, but as they age they leak, so people replace them with the Forge 007p.

I don't think you'll get wastegate chatter from an induction kit or panel filter. But these cars do better with a panel filter rather than an induction kit that sucks up mostly hot air.
80% of your posts are total tripe, as they are mostly replies to sh1te posts created by the morons that, unfortunately this forum attracts.

They have a recirculating DV as standard and as said above, most folks fit an aftermarket  one as they do wear out (usually with something like http://www.awesome-gti.co.uk/product.php?xProd=13863&jssCart=4b3b339ada138fbf277563565ff9593a).
I presume you are asking if a blow off type dump valve will work to give a sound. Don't bother; the ECU will not like it one bit.
You will not get chatter from fitting an induction kit or panel filter; wastegate chatter is the turbo stalling - you want to avoid that as its not good for the turbo at all. Some cars do give similar noises but not these ones I am afraid. Having said that, you may get some increased noise from an induction filter...
