The roads in Manchester are horrendous and my car (given for free no less) has silly big wheels. It hit the arches over every speed bump no matter how slow. I had it raised slightly. You can't tell to look at but it doesn't have any problems now and was cheaper than replacing the wheels. x

I almost cried when I had to raise mine and that was only 8mm on the front

I wouldn't care if it was raised as high as a monster truck and you could comfortably walk beneath it if it just drove for more than 5 miles without breaking down at the moment!
