16l Auto Driver Convertion Advice

I have been given a mint 4 door 1.6 Auto driver. 69,000 on the clock and a spotless interior.

Has anyone converted a mk2 to a diesel? Or a manual instead of Auto?

Any information would be good.

Both can be done but are a lot easier with a donor car.
