don't tell me the litre of oil doesn't come with the car... lol see i think we should create a buying guide.. where to get the good deals, what to get included and what should come with the car lol.

i've never had a car that doesn't come without a litre of oil! the only reason i got this car is for shows and drag racing.. i aim to beat AWE next year... :P

yeah got a full tank.. only issue is that i have to fill that rental car up to a full tank when handing back (was delivered with a full tank)

anyone know what how much petrol it takes to "Look full" hahaha

There is a guide soemwere on what your suppose to get with the car if thats what you meen.
I adapted it from one redRobin and myself made up for the mk5 back in 2005.

As for the VAT VWuk cover that as was said above by the 2.5% extra discount but the dealer has to register your car on that sceem to get it.
I was one of the first back in 2009 and probably one of the reasons it actually exists as i kicked up a fuss with VW for over 4 months constant and the dealer 7 months in total. As my car was one of the first to have the delay. I have 3 lever arch files full of emails/letter etc to VW about the delay issues that caused an issue with the VAT. Theres a thread that details small snippets of what happned back them somewere on here.
They have included the sceem they used in early 2010 again in 2011 so yours should be covered but it needs to be registed to it by the dealer.

snoopy do you mind giving me some more information on this or some possible links regarding the VAT discount signup?

i think it would be worthwhile providing this to my broker so this sort of situation doesnt happen to any other of his customers..

Thats basically it. But the dealer need to add your car to the list.

If the dealer will not help or the broker will not help contact VW customer service and they will sort it out.

Its something they put in place back in Nov/Dec 2009 and repeated last year so they have had plenty of phone calls about it in the past.

PS i was through a broker too as were many others who got included in the offer so thats not an issue.
