RNS510 Retrofit from a base model headunit

i'm not sure of the basemodel headunit model number tbh... (single din)

but the radio antenna is just a single connection where as the RNS510 has a duel connection...

could someone point me in the right direction for the the adaptor? single to double radio antenna?
