MFA Stalk question.
« on: 22 March 2005, 09:08 »
Hi All,

Ok so my MFA stalk has broken and I need to replace it. Simple I thinks to myself. So I bimble onto Ebay and pick one up of there. THe picture was not to hot on the auction and when it arrived I discovered it is for a Kjet not a digi MKII. Poo.

So then I order one of a chap on here and that arrives yesterday. Bonza it looks the same except the indicator arm that come with it has the hazard button on which mine doesn't.

So my question is this. Will the second one I got work OK even tho my hazard switch is on the dash? Are the connectors and moulding for the MFA stalk the same as mine?

Clearly the best way to check this is to try and fit it, but I kinda wanted an answer before I pulled my steering wheel off to figure it out.

Cheers yall,

Nick

never ever realised you could get Digi 8v's running the early wiring!! learn something new everyday!!

couple the first MFA stalk you received with your existing indicator stalk and it should work

replacing is only a 15min job anyhow. steering wheel nut and then 3 small screws behind that which hold a plate over the top of the stalks
