Rear door skin replacement
« on: 13 April 2011, 15:51 »
Hi All

Unfortunately one of my neighbours backed into my near side rear door a week or so back.

I took my car to a couple of places and they wanted stupid money to fix it.

Has anyone had this replaced on their cars before? If so, how much did it set you back?

The bloke is paying but as he is a neighbour I dont want to rip him off

we just had out wings done which were taken off car to repair. While they were on
they had to paint into the front doors.

This was done by unbolting the door skins

I'm positive that the rears are same on the mk5. First time i've seen this type of
system but thought it was good idea
