Anyone got any tips on how to remove the 4 grommets? Don't want to break anything as i'm doing it.

Just keep wiggling them, get a screwdriver in there also. They will pop out eventually. Just be careful when taking it out of the car as the bit around the sunroof(assuming you have one) is very flimsy and will need supporting.

Wanna replace the bee sting aerial and cable so hopefully won't have to remove it completely.
