Anyone recognise this coolant pipe?

Hi all,

I am desperately trying to find a replacement for this coolant pipe which is fitted on my KJet DX engine fitted in a T25 camper.

It goes from the front of the head to the water pipes leading to radiator, with a connector for the expansion tank on the side.

I am assuming this was custom made by previous owner, however thought might see if maybe you guys recognise it from any vehicle?

Well the ends have swags on them so assumed this must have been machined somewhere or more than likely off of another vehicle.

Any ideas? I am stumped until I replace this.
