hi there i got big problems trying to take head off

hi there my first post on here hi everyone can any one tell me how to remove my exaust manifold heat shield on my p reg gti mk 3 ive been tuging at it for hours and cant find any more than 5 nuts that hold it on some body pleaze help

you got all five bolts off. 2 at the top and 2 at the bottom 1 in the middle. Then start tapping it with a hammer so u can free it. Its a beach to get that off

cool chears 4 the reasurance mate thought i had got em all my mate told me to drop an engine mount too to gain more acess to it too thanks again mate will keep trying then.dont sopoze you know what atatches to that bit ov pipe that comes of at an angle goes do you.air doesnt even flow through the pipe so dont know what thats all about
