I arrived at 10am and the mk2 class was already full so I had to enter the pride and joy class which was a total mix of anything goes really altho the raylle that parked next to my mk2 was lurrrvly!!!! And basically stole all my thunder   the guy on the pa was very annoying indeed especially when he started going on about getting people's cars towed away and the weather was pretty miserable.
As for the judging I didn't stay around for it and left about 2:45pm as I had walked round about 9 times, had a german sausage and was getting a little bored of the rain and the dj,so who won the pride and joy section? as when I left there wasn't many people left to win! Except mr raylle!!.
the traffic through henley was horrendous! And the town had been shut and a diversion put in place by the time I got there and it took a very long time to get out of there, the diversion included having to go down a road with loads of speed bumps so there was vdubs scraping and grounding out all over the place including mine!!!!
Some very nice cars at the show tho and as always a good turn out and nice people

John who does the PA is a funny fella but can understand some peeps not liking his style.

The reason for all the clamping/moaning about parking is because the park have changed the H&S rules and were ebing very strict.

I think a lot of people forget that this show has been going for 20+ years and has traditionally been for the air heads who prefer a chilled out Fete approach rather than banging tunes and air ride. It's why I love the show. There are plenty of other shows that cater to the h2o crew like DC and Edition.
