Does anyone know what is the best product to clean/blacken the outer trim on a mk3 gti without resorting to removing and re-spraying.
Thanks..Gav

A heat gun to blacken the plastic, and any of the above to keep it up.

Be carefull with the heat gun as it will warp the plastic.

I have tried everything and by far the best (and as a bonus, also the cheapest) is linseed oil from
B & Q or HomeBase!
Enjoy!
