Can I still drive my car

Will my car fail an MOT if it's been put through where the jacking point is? Not on the sills but the round bit on the floor pan.

Is the floor pan structural, so if I cut out the driver sides quarter would I need to reinforce it like you would when replacing you inner sill. (Which also needs doing )

Yes, the floor is structural, I would take the car for an MOT, before you start any work, sills, inner sills and floor could be just the start of serious issues, and better to find out sooner, rather than later...

OK, how would the MOt guy find problems? Would it be best to remove all the sealant on the the floor pan and poke around to find all the rust. Or could it be rusting internal. Oh and its sorned anyway and has no MOT, so really just got to fix it myself, just to pass the mot.

Take it as is, to the MOT station. dont worry about the rust, the Tester will help himself to it.
As long as you're insured, you can drive(once booked in) the car straight to, and from an MOT station, using the shortest possible route, assuming that its not in lethal condition that is

Ah ok, didnt know that. Well I can feel the flooring from under the car, so a side impact on the way to mot centre and I'm stuffed! Got my dads mate coming round soon to look at it, hes a body shop manager.
