Firstly thanks for all your help on my last post (http://www.tyresmoke.net/ubbthreads/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/317957/an/0/page/3#317957) I have now fitted new engine mounts along with a complete new set of inner and outer CV boots. This has certainly cured my previous problems however has created others!

Before fitting the new engine mounts the steering wheel was dead centre when driving in a straight line. Now the front and gearbox engine mounts have been replaced the steering wheel is off centre when the wheels are straight? I can tell you now its not the tracking as I had this done at the weekend and after inspecting the underneath of the car there is nothing obvious to say something else is causing the problem? I am quite confused on this one and would appreciate any input.

I am still having problems with the car cutting out when the engine is cold this does stop when its warm but it still doesn?t idle properly and is far from perfect (recently started doing it when warm as well relay maybe?). I am thinking this may have something to do with a dirty valve or maybe even a problem with the automatic choke but I am not sure? Once again your help is needed.

Oh!!! One last thing I forgot to mention clever me hit a kerb at a slight angle with the front offside wheel at the weekend. I hit it hard enough to damage the tyre wall and make a section of the tyre bulge out. This has caused the car to pull to the right slightly and it does not seem to drive as solidly as before.

I have replaced the tyre with a new one and had the tracking and wheel balancing done but it still pulls to the right very slightly which it did not do before i hit the kerb. If you can imagine letting go of the steering wheel when driving in a straight line it does not pull immediately but starts pulling to the right gradually after a few seconds and gets stronger and stronger the more you leave it. The steering in general also seams a lot lighter and not a positive as before.

After looking at the underneath of the car there is nothing obviously bent and with the tracking and wheel balancing done I?m a little lost.

Once again thanks for looking if you can help with any of my issues please do. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I look forward to your responses shortly.
