How to change mk3 2.0l 8v Spark Plugs?

Can anyone tell me the best method of doing this please as ive never changed plugs before.Obviously il be needing a spark plug socket but will it matter how i remove and refit the new ones.torque values needed?Thanx Lee :embarassed:

pull plug lead off and undo plug with a socket then thread new plg in hand tight then a further quarter turn with the ratchet should be tight enough, then plug lead back in. Ive never used torque settings for plugs but someone might know on here. do 1 at a time though so you dont get the leads mixed up.

I just nip them up, using a torque wrench seems like overkill to me.  :smiley:
