How to polish 8v Rocker cover?

Any online step by step guides on how to polish a rocker cover? Any help much appreciated guys Dale

strip the old paint (nitromores is good) and buy some metal polish (I bought a bar from ebay) and start polishing (it takes a while and using a drill mop really speeds things up)
