removing centre console

my us rear console arrived today so need to take the old one off.....

also iv got us cup holders for the front dash so that bit needs to come off too...

so need to know how to take the whole centre console off :)

The rear console is simply held on with two screws that are hidden beneath the ashtray.

The US cupholders will only fit into the LHD US spec front centre console without modification, they can be fitted to the UK RHD ones but will need to be chopped about and will  never sit in exactly right. (Ive tried and was disappointed)

I need to pull the ash test out from the back to get the screws do I? And I know about the cup holders will be chopping it up to fit :)

Yes mate, just lift it out and you'll see the screws

There's 2 more right at the front, either side of the centre pocket.well. There is on mine lol. Had to squish the seat bolsters in, put it in 4th and pull it out at an angle too.
