That's interesting, because I think that is what is happening - being pushed back either under acceleration or something else. The cat is a timax, so not the best I don't think! I'll add it to the list! Cheers.

Have a check that all your exhaust mounts are hanging nice and free and straight. I had a bl**dy awful resonance problem on my 'Valver and traced it to the rubber mounts at each end of the tail box being distorted in opposite directions and effectively locking each other solid. Have got most of the way to a cure by slotting the holes in the mount brackets to allow a bit of adjustment in the mount position. May yet end up fabricating a whole new bracket for the rear most one but we'll see. Might even stop it hitting the rear beam one day too... :rolleyes:
