My manual says 16 is for warning lamps, glove box lighting and climatronic, and fuse 21 is for interior and luggage compt lights, fag lighter, clock, central locking and mfa. Sorry if I gave u duff info pal, just what it says in my proper instruction manual

i'm just going from the diagrams i have, though they are american so could be incorrect. i dont believe the vw manuals now either, i recently discovered the vw fuse layout printed on the back of the mk2 cover is incorrect  :lipsrsealed:
