Golf vr6 spring and height issue

I have a vr6 with audi tt comps. Looking to get springs with a 40mm drop will there be any issues with the arches?

None at all as long as your running 205/40/17's

You may find they catch the rear arches slightly if so easy to trim with a grinder.
