Replacing a MK3 door

My current door has a bit of rust on and iv seen a pretty cheap replacement in the same colour on ebay.
Is it an easy job to replace a door?
Because obviously ill have to change the locks and the door cards, will there be any problems with the central locking?

Easy enough to change over, bolt on hinges

It might be the same colour but being met means it could be a different shade.
