Ignition immobiliser and central locking wiring??? Help needed urgently

Right having a bit of a nightmare on my bento tdi an need some help have fitted remote engine start to it and it works but must have the key in the ignition and turned to the first ignition otherwise it won't start I know about the chip key and it isn't because of that, so does anyone know where the ignition immobiliser wire is?? And also what wires do I use for the remote central locking I'm the drivers kick panel??

Might be easier getting the ECU decoded instead of cello-taping the immobiliser chip under the key reader?
