Right Fellow RNS510 Owners, who would like video in motion enabled on their RNS510 for £45
This is purely for OFF ROAD USE.
This is done by using some expensive software especially designed for the RNS510, it plugs into the video port on the rear of the unit so will need to be removed, then it connects to the laptop, open the programme click on a button and Voilla
These units are set to go off as soon as the car reaches 5kph this changes it to 225kph thus enabling the use of VIM.
Oemretrofits offer this for £110 this is a bargain at £45
Dont be stung by those by-pass looms for £100 as they kill the speed sensor so the car thinks its stationary, if your using the nav and go into a tunnel etc it messes it up and also interferes with other functions
I live in Hornchurch ESSEX area so am limiting myself to an area but am willing to travel if there is a fair size group from other areas i guess we could arrange a meet etc
