Mine leaks like hell.
Have a look at two three things:
-The state of the rubber, clean it with some Autoglym Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner ( ? - or similar name), loads of black greasy stuff should come off. Give it a light coat of vaseline, rub off any excess.
-See that the front windows are winding hard up into the rubber strips that accept the top edges of the glass.
My cabby is very old and the windows are loose in their moutings, cleaning the rubber strips (as above) helps, but really the windows need re-mounting in their holders. An upward shove on the glass with the palm of your hand helps seat the glass in the rubber better before you leave the car after parking.
-On the upper front corners of the doors are some very intricate rubber mouldings that are meant to channel water running off the roof between two fins and down a little hole to fall outside the door glass.
The fins on my drivers side have worn off through the years, so now the water runs inside rather than outside.
I need a new set of door seals really, I believe these are available.
You can buy car covers that only cover the roof, there is an old MR2 TBar up the road with one.
I think this would be a good interim solution to a wet car.
