had car on vagcom stil no faults at al. Checked wverytin all tat was coming up was an abs sensor. Strip engine down and c where im going wrong is d only option now bit on d plus side i have d 2 bak coilovers in

like i said, check the measuring blocks. this will show you what the ecu is seeing from the various sensors, look at the values for the throttle position sensor in particular plus the coolant temp sensor

is this an agg engine, check the rubber pipes that come off the top of the block for holes or splits as they degrade with time moeny on it being perished about £20 new from vag. Had a customer with one no fault codes tried cleaning throttle body etc still the same new rubber pipe and all was well

after many hours of work on me golf and many changin of parts off my mates mk3 gti still unable 2 find fault of the splutter (alot of head scratching 2) A local mechanic has mentioned 2 me bout a computer prog called livewire or sumtin like that 2 plug d car in 2 for electrical faults hav any of u ever heard of it b4?
