uprated cam and emmisions

As above, will a slightly up rated cam affect your emissions and by how much? And while on the subject, will a tune up also increase emissions?

What are your thoughts and experiences on this?  :smiley:

Just fitting uprated cams wont make any difference. Because to be effective you will also need to change the mapping. And that will have an effect on emmissions.

A "tune up" ????

Fitting the cam should be followed by a remap and rolling road set up to get the full gains.
