Big thanks to deano2711 for supplying a nice looking, affordable cat back system at a good price (and for spending a saturday morning with me removing it). What do you all reckon? Ive had loads of cars and never changed the exhaust for a nicer one but now I have, Im well impressed. Think Ive got 'the bug' as well cos I wanna lower it now.

 Well, I spent about 5 hours on it and then gave up and took it to the local exhaust place. Everything went on ok apart from that straight pipe to the cat, couldnt get enough force to push it on while lying on the floor on my back  and the lad that came with me to your house is just fat and useless, he just stood there watching!

Looks nice mate... I think most mk3 aftermarket exhausts look too big but that looks just right...Almost like it was standard !!
