its weird the hinge for the rear passenger door got twisted a bit, but the pillar was untouched

I know its not the best thing in the world driving around like that but it has to do for now  :sad:

you not thought about getting a set of sideskirts off a GL or GTi? just to tidy the sill up a wee bit? that and a couple of new doors and you'll be on your way...allbeit only cosmetically. Still a start though!  :grin:

ha yeah thats what im planning, going to get two new doors, spray them myself, fill the rear quarter and put gti arches over them. then get new sills, luckily i know a welder/mechanic ha

going to take time as iv just forked out half my wages on the motor  :cry:

still, at least it might look half decent until i can afford a new one :) and a years M.O.T is always good

the spending has started on the M.O.T! even after that i have to pay for tax, £105 for 6 months!

tbh i dont mean to sound like a d**k but i know a lot of people that would buy my car just because it looks like it hasnt been rammed in an accident. so if i can get it to look like it did and it has a years M.O.T on it i reckon i could get $450 - 500?

i just need something i can drive for my work atm anyway. I know it doesnt look great, but it will have to do for now.

P.s. maybe i should buy that Anni on ebay, seems to be getting a lot of hype  :grin:
