I thought that was in the boot? The pipe is not connected and the central locking is still working?

I saw the box you are talking about the weekend on the one I am breaking and was wandering the same. I am guessing it has something to do with the central locking as it has the same air pipe as the central locking and to my knowledge nothing else is air controlled (is it ??).

it sounds like the vacuum reservoir for the aircon system

Bloody hell I read it wrong again! I was thinking behind the REAR passenger wing!  :grin: :grin: :grin: I wouldn't have known it was for the air con anyway.
