Plastic Sump Guard
« on: 28 September 2010, 20:44 »
When going over speed humps (the type with 3 humps spaced across a road) I noticed a light scrape earlier. Got down to have a butchers and the plastic guard is hanging on either side, with a clip in the centre. The car is only lowered on 30mm eibach springs and has 18's on.

Is there a danger I might take the sump out at any time? I didn't think it would be that low tbh!

Jesus, that looks a bit close! How much clearance is there between the guard and sump?

think its about 1.5 inches or so  :undecided:

When you remove it you'll see some plastic sound proofing blocks
