Removing Stereo

Hi I just brought a new stereo for my Golf and i have not got a clue how to remove the original.

Any Ideas?

same as every other stereo, push the keys down the sides of the head unit (cut up strips of old credit cards can work too) which releases the retaining clips, head unit then just pulls out.

or in my case. when you go over a bump at speed it threw itself at ya lol
