driver side visor light

the passenger side works fine, when the mirror cover is lifted, the light comes on, simples

the driver side didnt come on at all, took it off, seems it was dis-connected, anyway, plugged it back in and it stays permently on, whether visor is up, down, etc, now i know why it was unplugged

so my question of today is, whats wrong with it? lol

Switch inside? Not sure if you can open it to fix it ?

Dodgy visor switch get a second hand one from the bay like already said don't think you can open them up..
