Where can i get this seal?

Without sounding like a complete gimp, how do you get the rocker cover breather pipe actually off the rocker cover so that you can remove it? I thought it would just sort of pull off but don't want to break anything

Iv got one from be it was £2 something, also got a weight for the gearshifting just need to do the bush's now! Oh and yh do as the rest say, just give it a good pull
